I've always had a huge place in my heart for animals.  Since I returned to painting from a career in food photography, I have focused exclusively on them.  I enjoy and learn more with every opportunity to paint your much loved family members!

  I have a BFA in figurative painting but I learned to paint primarily by studying the work of painters  John Singer Sargent, William-Adolphe Bouguereau, Rembrandt and Odd Nerdrum.

When I'm not painting, I play guitar & sing in a bluegrass band called Rock Ridge.
